Car Park

Shoppers can continue to park with confidence in the Howgate after the shopping centre passed its Park Mark assessment with flying colours.

Please note - we have a new parking system in place that now accepts card and cash payments. 

On entry please take your ticket as normal.

If you prefer to pay by card (contactless or chip & pin), you can now pay at the exit barrier.

Cash payments can be made at our single pay station on the mall at our Pleasance exit (near Chisholm Hunter) and accepts card payments also. 

If you pay at the pay station you only need to insert your ticket on exit if the barriers don't lift automatically. 

Unfortunately level 2 of the car park is temporarily closed, please park on level 1 and drive round level 1 to access the disabled and family first sections on level 3. An overflow section for parking is also available on level 3 if level 1 is full.

Help buttons are available on all terminals and in the car park should you need assistance

The car park is locked at 6pm each night and no staff are on site to allow exit after this time. Please ensure your car is removed before 6pm.

The nationally recognised award, operated by the British Parking Association and the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPOS), means the multi-storey is one of the safest and most secure places to park anywhere in the country. The car park can be accessed via Cockburn Street, offering disabled parking bays and parent & child spaces on level 3.
