There is no membership fee to join the Howgate Kids Club.  Each member (child) will receive a special Kids Club membership card, goody bag, and a birthday card on his/her birthday by email only.

The member (child) will also receive email notification of special Kid’s Club events, activities, promotions and discount offers from our retailers and local businesses.

Howgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to cancel, change or terminate the Kids Club at any time without notice although we will do our best to communicate any changes as soon as possible.

By filling out the application, the applicant (parent) consents to the use of the members (child) name, age and the applicants (parent) email and phone number but we will not use any other personal details.  We will only use their first name on the birthday card, please contact the help desk to change your personal details at any time.

All Kid’s Club designs, text, images, photographs, artwork and graphic designs are the property of the Howgate Shopping Centre.

Participation in Kids Club event and activities is at the applicant (parent) and member (child’s) own risk.  The Howgate Shopping Centre is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Personal details including email addresses are for the sole use by the Howgate Shopping Centre for communicating news, offers and events with Kid’s Club members and their families.  Your personal details will not be shared with a third party at any time. There is no fee for participating in the Kids Club programme; however, photos and videos may be taken at any time and used in the promotion of the Kids Club for future events. By applying for the Kids Club, the applicant (parent) hereby authorises Howgate Shopping Centre to use the child’s photograph and images for the sole purpose of the Kids Club.
